This website and online store are operated by PMI Enterprises, LLC under the CatDog HQ brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, “CatDog HQ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PMI Enterprises, LLC as the operator of the storefront. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

By visiting this website, placing an order, or otherwise using the storefront and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the services to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, transmit malicious code, interfere with the operation or security of the storefront, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Store Information and Availability

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other storefront information accurately. Colors and appearance may vary based on your device or display. We may correct errors or omissions and update information as permitted by applicable law. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, or an error in product or pricing information. If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing your order information before submitting it.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the storefront and may change without notice, subject to applicable law. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable amounts, if any, will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted. Payment processing is provided through Shopify and its supported payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping options and charges are presented through the storefront or checkout when applicable. Delivery dates or transit estimates, when displayed, are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly required by applicable law. Risk of loss and title transfer are governed by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Customers must contact CatDog HQ Support for return authorization and instructions. Items must not be sent directly to a supplier without authorization.

Third-Party Services and Links

The services may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment providers. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The CatDog HQ name, storefront content, branding, graphics, text, and other materials made available through the services are owned by or licensed to PMI Enterprises, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the storefront for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other right or license is granted without written permission.

User Content and Communications

If you submit feedback, questions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. We may use customer communications as reasonably necessary to provide support, operate the business, enforce these terms, and comply with law, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Except for obligations expressly stated in these terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and products are provided without additional warranties, representations, or conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMI Enterprises, LLC and CatDog HQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the services or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PMI Enterprises, LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the services or your material violation of these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services for material violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the policies posted on the storefront, constitute the agreement governing your use of the services and purchases from CatDog HQ, except where additional terms are expressly agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
